Our Philosophy
At We As One, we have a passion for producing timeless, cinematic wedding films. Our focus is on capturing the day naturally without interrupting it. We love filming the unscripted moments that come and go in an instant. For us, it is all about the people, the bride and groom, and the guests in attendance.
In essence, we film the day from a guest’s perspective, it’s your wedding day, not a Hollywood production. We actively make sure that throughout the day the cinematographer will blend with the guests, with minimal camera equipment which is no bigger than a photographer’s. We don’t use any clunky tripods or shoulder-mounted cameras, but the quality of the image we capture is superbly cinematic.
Our documentary approach allows you to spend as much time with your family and friends as possible, those are the unforgettable moments of your wedding, and it’s those moments that we’re there to film. Memories are made in the little moments as much as they are in the big and in the humour as well as the sentiment.
Wedding films should be an expansion of those memories, an extended moment captured in time, personal, intimate, and real. We like to think our films offer a unique perspective, revealing the unseen and capturing the essence of the day, the laughter, the excitement, and the creation of a new beginning.

Do You Film Weddings Outside Of Ireland?
Of course, we love to film destination weddings. So Far We Have Filmed Weddings In France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Contact us today and we can prepare a custom quote for your foreign wedding.
What if we are not comfortable in front of a camera or do not like to pose?
Our approach to the day is very relaxed allowing the couples to enjoy the day with the people who mean most; their friends and family. We use two very small DSLR cameras on the day, this allows us to get lovely candid shots and remain very discreet throughout. Our emphasis is on capturing the day naturally.
Can we choose our own music for the films?
Not exactly, the music selection is an important part of our style. If you have any particular preferences we would be happy to have a listen and see what we can do.
Is there a travel charge?
In cases of long travel distances, B&B accommodation may be required. For destination weddings, please contact us for pricing.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured with public liability, professional indemnity, and equipment coverage.
How do we receive our films?
All films are delivered on a private, online secure platform. You will have the option to download the film directly onto your own device. Films can also be provided on a custom-made USB key.
